Usually we draw a couple of possible paths for solutions to ensure a solution is reached in the time expected.
Step 2 - On Site Service
We will arrive on time and fix the problem as quickly as possible. 65% of our service calls take less than an hour to resolve. Complex issues can take up to 3 hours depending on how fast your computer is, on slower systems it may take longer when rebooting and performing operations.
Step 3 - Documentation and Training
We offer a quick brief explanation of what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future, we also give you a few tips on how to prevent any other problems and then present you with a well documented breakdown of the services that were provided.
